PURPOSE: A contrast medium for diagnosing cancer diseases is provided to enable imaging from MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to gamma imaging by injecting one contrast medium.
CONSTITUTION: A contrast medium of the chemical formula 1 for diagnosing cancer diseases using MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) comprises targets a superpra iron oxide nano particle, linker and ligand targeting parenchymal cell. In the chemical formula 1, SPIO is superpra iron oxide nano particle. The nano particle size is 4-200nm. The linker is dopamine. The ligand is lactobionic acid containing beta-glucose. A method for manufacturing the contrast medium comprises: a step of synthesizing and growing iron oxide nano particle; a step of reforming the iron oxide nano particle with linker; and a step of reforming the parenchymal cell with ligand.
